Your Rights Regarding Refunds

In the event of a refund or cancellation, Japkirat Food Mart LLC and the customer agree to the following principles, subject to applicable consumer law and the nature of the order.

Refund and Cancellation

Before order processing begins: an eligible prepaid amount may be refunded in full.

After processing begins but before fulfilment: an eligible partial refund may be issued based on products or services already prepared, processed or otherwise committed.

After fulfilment: completed and accepted orders may not be eligible for a refund except where required by applicable law or where goods qualify for return under an applicable return arrangement.

Japkirat Food Mart LLC-Initiated Cancellation

If Japkirat Food Mart LLC cancels an accepted order before fulfilment, an eligible prepaid amount will be returned to the original payment method where practicable. Processing time can depend on the payment provider.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

Please contact Japkirat Food Mart LLC promptly if an order contains a damaged, incorrect or missing item. We may request reasonable order details or evidence so the issue can be reviewed.

Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are generally returned using the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside Japkirat Food Mart LLC’s direct control.
